Understanding Strata Development (P107S0697)

Majority of the Real Estate Salespersons (RES) are heavily involved in Strata title developments, both in rental and sales. In the recent real estate climate, we have seen an increasing number of strata-title properties, especially in the commercial segment. With growing affluence and demand of customers, it is essential for RES to understand in depth the legislation pertaining to Strata Title developments to create value for their customers. This course which is structured for RES, facilities managers and property developers which covers a broad view of the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA) that aims to provide learners with fundamental knowledge in managing strata developments. Learners will further lean how to apply and relate the BMSMA with their daily agency work.
