About us

Real Centre Network (RCN) is established in January 2010 with the vision of providing continuous professional development opportunities for real estate agents In 2010, the Singapore government has set up the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) to regulate and license real estate agents.

Under the leadership of its founder Mr Ken Lim, RCN was appointed in November 2010 by CEA as an Approved Course Provider for Real Estate Sales Person (RES) Course, Real Estate Agent (REA) Course and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Course. The courses are conducted by dedicated Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) instructors who take pride in their work and are excellent mentors to RCN students.

As a result of RCN’s continuous development efforts, RCN graduates have proven themselves in the industry to be knowledgeable of the real estate climate in Singapore. Our graduates are committed to working in an efficient and professional manner, staying relevant to market conditions and consumer needs.

Beyond the business of real estate, RCN envisions to provide Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs) with relevant skills sets in the area of leadership and people development, sales and negotiation strategies, digital marketing etc.

Together with RCN’s partnership with our industry partners, RCN students get to learn from the some of the very best instructors who brings with them a wealth of industry experiences at central location in Toa Payoh and in our new training centre at Tampines.
