This course aims to prepare Real Estate Salesperson in familiarising themselves with the Code of Ethics and apply professionalism in their day-to-day business. In addition, to have a good knowledge and understanding of the various ways of delivering exceptional customer service. This in turn, would delight the customers and result in higher customer-satisfaction and repeat deals. 

 

Learning Outcome:

This course will cover the following topics:

• CEA’s Code of Ethics and Professional Client Care

• Estate Agents (Estate Agency Work) Regulations, 2010

• Professional Service Manual 

• Demonstrate service delivery in accordance with the Estate Agents Act and Professional Service Guidelines, using case studies 

• Demonstrate the qualities and characteristics of a professional real estate salesperson when delivering go-the-extra mile service to exceed customer expectations 

• Create a positive customer experience by offering customized and personalized service and 

• Learn from the thirteen (13) reflective case studies, with good learning points, based on the Estate Agents Act and Professional Service Guidelines
