Learning Outcome:
At the end of this CPD Programme, learners will have a good knowledge and understanding of Lasting Power of Attorney under the provisions of the Mental Capacity Act. As a result, estate agents and salespersons would be able to give right and proper advice to their clients and also perform appropriate due diligence first before proceeding with such transactions.
