Landlord – Tenant disputes are the most common forms of disputes. In such cases, both parties may try to look for a 3rd party to mediate – often clients will turn to the property agents who handled the rental transactions. Real estate salespersons will learn the possible steps from various case studies as general guidelines in resolving such disputes. Real life cases studies and practical sharing by Trainer.
