This course aims to prepare Real Estate Salespersons with the necessary knowledge on handling complex cases for divorce, deceased, bankruptcy, negative sale, Power of Attorney and others in HDB resale transaction. The trainer will share real case study on handling some of the HDB complex cases.

• Understand the complex cases policies for the Sale and Purchase of HDB Resale Flat. 

• Understand the complex cases affecting eligibility on HDB Resale Flat and Ownership

• Understand the complex cases transaction procedures of HDB Resale Flat
