This course is intended to provide Leasing Managers and Salespersons an understanding of the work of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and the strategies in response to the changing needs of the companies in today’s commercial real estate market. Participants will be equipped with the essential know-how on selecting the most suitable properties when companies engage them for leasing transactions. They will better understand the needs of companies-especially the bigger, international or regional ones- as these have unique requirements to comply with their corporate policies
