This CPD activity will help real estate salespersons acquire the necessary knowledge in order to facilitate a smooth transaction and be familiar with landed property transactions

Learning Outcome:

At the end of this course, participants will have a good knowledge and understanding of the following:

• Identify the difference between landed and strata titled properties

• Acquire knowledge of the Residential Property Act and implications on the foreigners buying landed property in Singapore

• Explain the difference between Additions & Alternations (A&A) and Redevelopment of landed property

• Understand the due diligence and responsibilities of an ethical Salesperson
