Description of Course: 

The objective of this course is to train real estate salesperson to handle the leasing of office space. This course is intended for participants without a background in leasing office space but would like to handle such transactions. The course will help participants to understand the role and responsibilities of the office leasing agent and the different requirements of office landlord and tenant. It helps participants to understand the attributes and specifications of office space, what drive demand for office space and what office landlords and tenants look for. The course gives an overview of the key commercial terms of office leases and the office leasing process and documentation
