This INLIS module equips Real Estate agents with the skills to understand and utilize information from Property Ownership Information (POI) reports from SLA. Agents will review authenticated legal title documents and learn to connect these with POI reports.
By course end, agents will efficiently source relevant property information from the INLIS database, enabling them to confidently market property titles.
Learning Outcome:
• Two case studies on JTC factories for sale, using INLIS to investigate their lease eligibility for resale.
• Title Information on the POI menu will be explained before agents submit purchase requests to SLA.
• Brief discussion on INLIS POI reports for two other factories’ demonstration.
• Comparison of a JTC factory’s POI report before and after lease assignment/resale, showing report changes.
• Question and clarification session.
