Marketing Singapore’s Real Estate with Master Plan 2019 (P307S0776)

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has unveiled key proposals under the Master Plan 2019 (MP19) that focus on planning sustainable, green, inclusive neighborhoods, rejuvenating familiar places and creating capacity for our future

 

This CPD activity will provide salespersons an overview of MP19 covering the following 5 areas:

• Planning livable, inclusive neighbourhoods 

 Developing economic gateways for the future 

 Rejuvenating familiar places sensitively

 Building a resilient city

 Re-imagining the future 

 

 

Learning Outcome:

 

 

• To be conversant with the salient aspects of the Master Plan 2019 (MP19) as a statutory land use plan that guides Singapore’s physical development over the next 10 to 15 years

• To familiarise with the MP19’s focus on planning for inclusive, sustainable and green neighborhoods with community spaces and amentities for all to enjoy 

• To understand the MP19’s strategies that plan for the rejuvenation of familiar places and to create capacity to meet future need
