Course Outline:
Buyers sometimes face difficulties and unhappiness due to building defects which may escalate to legal disputes. At times, buyers are in a dilemma because they are unsure of their legal rights under the Sales and Purchase Agreement as well as the complicated technicalities of defects management.
This CPD course aims to provide a basis background knowledge to the technicalities of defects checking as well as an in-depth understanding of the legal clauses commonly used in Sales & Purchase Agreements.
RES well-versed with the above will be an asset to their clients as they are able to provide professional and technical advice that best represent their clients’ interest, in events of disputes
