Course Outline:
This CPD is targeted at senior RES who wants to acquire the finer details of real estate disciplines and advance professional knowledge. This CPD is equivalent to real estate modules offered by universities but in a concise and compressed manner which will provide senior RES a good grasp of the basic knowledge in this discipline.
This CPD aims to increase fundamental real estate knowledge for RES, to increase the overall industry standard as well as to help RES brand themselves as an industry expert, not merely a salesperson.
