Negotiation of Leases: Essential for Leasing Managers and Sales Persons (P106S0780)

This course is intended to equip Leasing Managers and Salespersons the skills and techniques in conducting negotiation of real estate leases. Successful negotiation is the key pillar in all real estate transactions. There will be a review of the most commonly used terms based on the negotiating positions adopted by landlords and tenants. By enrolling in the  Property Negotiator Course offered by Real Centre Network (RCN), aspiring Real Estate Salespersons will learn how to effectively negotiate lease terms. Upon successful completion of the course and attaining the property negotiator certificate, participants will be equipped with the skills and knowledge required to hold a negotiation. The strategies will teach them the various strategies of negotiation, such as when to adopt a cooperative approach and when to take on a competitive posture.

• List the elements of successful negotiation and describe the use of correct techniques in the conduct of an effective negotiation session

• Describe and apply the key strategies in negotiation

• Understand the key considerations in negotiating the lease terms
