Just wanted to write a quick testimonial for Harry Yeo on my recent RES exam pass/success. In short, this is my second attempt for Paper 1 and it wasn't the easiest to get it done as I was juggling intensive work (at least 50 hours a week of work) while studying on the side. Thanks to his in-depth coverage + extremely useful revision course/notes, I managed to cross the line. Will recommend RCN/Harry Yeo to anyone who wants to take the course and exam.

A big thank you to RCN school for providing excellent service and education. I have received my RES results today, and passed both papers. I would like to express my appreciation to Mr Harry Yeo and Ms Cheryl Sum. Both teachers have taught well and clearly in all lessons. They are very knowledgeable, detailed, and explained all topics well. Also, they are able to answer all the enquiries by all students patiently. After the course, they also continued to help us with our questions. Furthermore, the lesson materials are extensive and well cover most of the topics required for exam.

Kent was the instructor for the first part of the course, in preparation for Paper 2. To our pleasant surprise, Kent was spirited and engaging throughout the class. He made it a point to keep the sessions lively with discussions and relatable examples to help us remember the concepts. Thank you Kent for motivating us throughout! The mock paper practices and your guidance let all 3 of us pass on our first attempt!

Our teacher, Harry Yeo, was excellent. Enthusiastic, approachable with boundless energy and wealth of knowledge and experience. Clear explaination of key concepts on planning/regulatory policies, rules and guidelines, supported by illustrations, real life examples and case studes. I met Kent when I attended the RCN classes in April. I had heard about him from my sister who had previously taken his class and recommended him. Kent’s classes were engaging and upbeat! He’s a very caring and passionate teacher and it shows in the way he conducts his classes. Kent’s classes helped me to better understand key concepts visually and through mind maps and acronyms. I definitely will for the engaging nature of his classes and the effort he puts in. It takes two hands to clap, definitely put in a lot more effort in revising than you think is necessary, don’t take the exam lightly thinking this can just be a side hustle. And of course go through whatever Kent has said thoroughly.
