Trainers Profile:

 

Patrick Oei is a Principal Consultant at Paragon Dynamics and also a versatile Trainer/Consultant who has trained and lectured at many companies/Institutions of Higher Learning. He has also personally coached many CEOs, Directors, Managers and Executives.  

 

He is certified in Civil Engineering, Admin Management, Organisation & Methods, Sales & Marketing, Management Consultancy and Marketing Management, and has obtained High Honors in an MBA in International Finance and Marketing. He also has qualifications in Training & Development and American Management Association AMA-Certified & ACTA-certified. He also holds a CEHA. 

 

As a Master Clinical Hypnotherapist, he has conducted sessions to help many with Mindfulness, Stress Reduction and associated issues. As a Belbin Accredited Facilitator, he has helped teams work better in a work or common-team environment. 

 

He has worked in Engineering, Plant Management, Building Development, Special Projects, Sales and Marketing and then set up a Japanese Local Joint Venture from scratch and was its 1st COO. He is the first in SE Asia to earn the Distinguished Toastmaster DTM award twice and has served in various leadership positions from President to its highest ranking Officer as the District Governor, now known as District Director. 

 

He was elected to the International Board of Directors in 2014 and served his 2-year term. As one of the first  persons to be awarded the Crystal Award by the then National Productivity Board, Patrick has conducted various Programmes from Change Management, Presentation Skills, Team Building, Leadership, Personal Empowerment & Transformation, and Mindfulness for numerous companies over the last 30 years.


Patrick has been featured on 90.5FM, 93.8FM Mediacorp, Capital TV in Malaysia and Berita Satu TV in Indonesia.
